Online MBA

Do more than study business. Lead it. Curtis Webb, Online MBA '16

D’Amore-McKim leadership recently decided to temporarily pause enrollment in Online MBA while we build the curricular framework for the next generation of our historic online programs.

We were among the first business schools to launch a fully online AACSB-accredited MBA program and will carry this legacy into the program refresh to ensure it remains valuable well into the future.

An admissions pause will provide the best opportunity to ensure this program is in line with the school’s vision to help shape leaders and makers who are resilient, innovative and can lead in the high-tech, data-driven future of work. We review all academic programs periodically to ensure we’re providing the educational opportunities that lay the groundwork for alumni success. Other D’Amore-McKim programs have recently gone through such reviews and now have increased flexibility, more experiential learning opportunities, and new interdisciplinary concentrations. These are unique strengths of Northeastern University and D’Amore-McKim, and they are also what surveyed Online MBA alumni say they would value the most.

The intent is to reopen the programs for enrollment during the 2022-23 academic year.

Why Earn Your MBA?

MBA Grads Put Ideas Into Action

What separates market leaders from their competition? The key differentiator is the ability to innovate. Businesses failing to think ahead run the risk of falling behind. Just as businesses can lose ground in a competitive marketplace, so can you.

Graduating from a top MBA program can equip you with the foundation necessary to thrive in a global economy where change is the norm, rather than the exception.

A recent General Population Employer Survey (part of the 2016 Corporate Recruiters Survey Report) found that nearly all the companies surveyed employ business school graduates. On average, 41% of those companies report employees with a graduate-level business degree. Plus, companies projected to hire recent MBA graduates rose from 80% to 88% in the most recent survey.
